Each new document is created for a client and so first you must find the client that needs the document.
1. Login to Arken and click on the 'Client Manager' and search for the client in Arken.
2. Once you have found the client record, click on the "Add Document" button.
3. Select 'Lifetime (Inter Vivos) Trust' from the document types. If you cannot see this option, then please make sure you have an active subscription to Arken Lifetime or get an Admin or Primary user in your firm to check your user permissions.
4. Once you select a document type you will be asked to supply a
matter reference. This can be any reference term you choose but is a
mandatory field. Entering a meaningful reference will enable you to
quickly search for documents in the future. Please then confirm the clients mental capacity and click confirm.
5. The Inter Vivos document will open in a new tab. You can go back
to the Client Manager by changing/closing the tabs along the top of your
internet browser.
