Outline of the Task View Menu

The Task View table


The Task View table assists you with an 'at a glance' overview of the Wills that have been submitted to your service.

  • Task - The task you can progress to eg. Dispatch Report
  • Due - The status of the task, if the task is a Superior / Superior Plus / Instructions Only Will the due date will be shown.
  • Actioned - Date of your last action, eg. you dispatched the Will Pack to the client on the 22/04/2013
  • Reference - The unique reference assigned to the Will
  • Party - The full name of the client

Status Filter


The status filter allows you to categorise all submitted Wills by status.

To set a status, make a selection from the dropdown menu and click the 'search' button, the Task View table will refresh and only display Wills that correspond to your chosen status.

Status options:

  • All - Displays all Wills regardless of their status or package type
  • Outstanding - Applies to Superior / Superior Plus / Instructions Only packages only - displays Wills yet to be completed.
  • Due - Displays Wills that are due to be processed - Superior / Superior Plus / Instructions Only only
  • Overdue - For Superior / Superior Plus / Instructions Only Wills that have exceeded their 5 day checking period.
  • Completed - Wills that have been dispatched (paid for Premier Wills default to this status)
  • Historic - Displays deleted profiles, you cannot re-instate a profile once it has been deleted.

Note: Some status options only apply to particular service level options eg. Premier Wills do not appear in the 'Overdue' or 'Outstanding' statuses as they are instant Wills and do not require any form of checking.

Search Criteria


Use the search criteria textbox to individually search for a client's Will(s).

You can search by using all (or part) of a client's name, or by using the unique Will reference.
