Adding custom Clauses/Paragraphs to a Document

Intro

You can custom clauses or paragraphs to your Will or Documents.

There are two methods to add clauses:

  1. Via the clause library, or
  2. via the New Paragraph dialogue box.

You can utilise whichever method you feel comfortable with. If you want to add a paragraph to a document you are currently working on and also save it for latter use then we suggest you save it to the Clause Library. You can read about using the Clause Library here.

Adding a Paragraph/Clause via the Insert Paragraph window.

To add paragraphs from either the current or existing documents to the paragraph library you right click the document panel and select 'Insert Paragraph Before/After' option. 


This will bring up the 'New Paragraph' window where you can enter the new paragraph and indent levels.


Click the 'Update' button to to add the paragraph.

You can also edit existing clauses by clicking the 'Edit' button after right clicking the document.

Please note, editing a system generated clause will mean the clause is no longer be updated by the questionnaire. If you would like to make changes to this clause through the questionnaire, please first remove the edit from the edit menu.

You can also add a custom paragraph to document commentary.
