Downloading a document

You must have completed the appropriate questionnaire before you can download a document.

This means that any issues identified by the notification flag  will need to be answered or resolved. If you cannot see any download types please ensure that there are no issues with your questionnaire.

You can find the number of issues to resolve by clicking on the 'Download Document Pack' tab.


If there are no issues you'll find downloadable documents in the 'Download Document Pack' section. Click on this tab to see them.


The first question will allow you to toggle a password for the download. If turned on you will be prompted to enter a password when opening the PDF - this password can be found in the 'Security password for these pack' text box below.



To download a document, just click on the document type you want to download. You will be asked to confirm your selection. The document will download as a zip file. A zip file is a compressed archive that can contain a number of files, most operating systems can automatically expand these files. If not you will need to download a utility to decompress the zip file.

There is no charge for downloading documents, so you can download as many times as you need within 90 days of the questionnaire being initiated.

Please note the various document packs will contain watermarks to enable you to manage your files. Watermarks are noted in upper case in the document pack descriptions.
