Finding your way around the Arken Dashboard

Here are some tips on navigating around within the Arken Dashboard

Arken Dashboard:

When you log into Arken you wll be greeted with the Dashboard, it will look something like the below:



This is a hub where you can access all your Arken products, Manage users, update Company information and view Analytics.

Accessing Arken Professional:

There are a few ways to access Arken Professional, these have been numbered on the image above in red:

1. Client manager - On the pane on the left you will see the option to access the 'Client Manager', this is the home page of Arken Professional, where you can add clients and begin drafting documents.

2. Create a client - This is just below the client manager and is a shortcut to take you staight to the Client Creation page within the Client Manager.

3. Recent Clients - This section is to the right of the Client Manager button. This will display your clients which have been accessed most recently. If you click the Clients name, it will take you to the Client page within the Client Manager. To the right of the Clients name you can see the documents drafted for that client; if you click the document type it will take you straight into Arken Professional to begin drafting/editing this document.

4. Arken Solutions - Arken Solutions runs along the bottom of the page, this displays all the Arken products you are currently subscribed to. Clicking 'Arken Professional' will take you to the client manager.

Analytics:

On the Dashboard, you will see a few instances of Analytics:

Document count - The module on the right will show you how many documents you have created, and how many you have left, in this billing period. It will also display the next billing date below
Document Number by Type - The module on the left will display a graph showing how many document have been drafted by the document type. Hover your mouse over the graph to show the raph labels and accurate figures.



You can also click the Analytics Button on the pane on the left. This will take you to two larger graphs, with 'Document number by User' and 'Document number by Type'. These also have customisable ranges, which will let you export the graphs to excel.


Changing password:


Once logged into the Dashboard, you will see your name in the top right of the page. If you click this it will give you the option to change your password. It will ask you to re-enter your old password and input a new one.
