The Wills Processing area enables you to easily manage all of the Wills that have been submitted via your Online Will Service in a back office environment.

In the Wills Processing area you can:

• View all Wills that have been submiitted in a categorised list
• Search for Wills using a number of criteria e.g. customer name
• Review each Will individually
• Amend submitted Wills (via the Questionnaire or Document)
• Progress Wills that require checking (this is dependent on the package the customer has submitted)
• Create a dispatch report
