Severance of Joint Tenancy (SEV)

Arken Professional will also allow you to create a Severance of Joint Tenancy for your clients, you can select this in the document type menu when creating a document.

The drafting of this Document will function very similarly to a Will document. You need to answer all outstanding questions, and you can also mirror documents between spouses and existing documents from your client.

In this document you can outline the below:
  1. Document Purpose (By Agreement or by notice)
  2. Property Details
  3. Property Ownership Details
  4. Registraition Details
In the registraion tab, you can elect to include an SEV form, which will be populated and included in your document pack.

Once all mandatory fields have been completed, you will be able to download the document.
