Client Communications

To access this section please go to your Online Wills Settings, then click 'View/Maintain Service Profile'.

This section will allow you customise Email and Letter options, Custom questions and Terms and Conditions.

  1. Address Start Point - This will change the vertical position of the client's address on your pre-printed letterhead.
  2. Contact Details - These are your Company contact details which will appear in system generated emails and letters
  3. Email footer/disclaimer - This will allow you to add custom messaging at the bottom of your system generated emails.
  4. Letter/Email Customised Closing Paragraph - You can enter a custom closing paragraph for the end of your emails or letters. Leave this section blank to use the Service default paragraph.
  5. Is this service right for you? - Here you can select which questions/phrase you would like to appear before the user begins drafting their Will.
  6. Your Service Terms and Conditions - This section will allow you to choose whether to use our standard Terms and Conditions or upload your own.
  7. Optional Custom Questions - Here you can add custom questions or phrase which will display before the client completes the draft Will

Once you are have completed all the information above, please click the 'Next' button at the bottom of the screen.

If you have not filled in all the required information, you will recieve a popup letting you know how many sections have been missed. The Tab on the left will also be highlighted with an asterix (*). These sections will need to be filled in to complete the process.
