Arken Professional will also allow you to create LPA's for your clients, you can select this in the document type menu when creating a document.

The drafting of this Document will function very similarly to a Will document, this article will highlight the main differences. You need to answer all outstanding questions, and you can also mirror documents between spouses and existing documents from your client.

Attorneys

This section will allow you to elect Attorneys, Replacment Attorneys and how they are to act.

Preferences and Instructions

In this tab you can include details of how your client would perfer them to make decisions or instructions the must follow. Please enter this information into the relevant text boxes, however there is limited space in the text box. if you require additional space, please tick the Continuation Sheet box, this will give you another text box to include information - you can add as many Continuation sheets as you need.

Please make sure you proof read the document on the right, and check all text is displaying correctly. If it is overlapping the form, you may need to put split it into more continuation sheets.

Please proceed to complete all other questions, and you will be able to download the document.
